Architectural Review Committee/Review Requests

The Architectural Review Committee works with homeowners to ensure that the homeowners’ projects are compliant with the DCCRs. An ARC Application must be completed for projects including but not limited to:

    • Exterior Painting
    • Siding
    • Fencing
    • Roofing
    • Landscaping
    • Decks
    • Window Replacement (exact replacements do not require an ARB Approval)
    • In-Ground Pools (above ground pools are not allowed and are a violation of the DCCRs)

Please ensure to include the below information, as applicable, with your ARC submission.

    • detailed project description, diagrams, drawings, or photos
    • materials
    • paint or stain color (trim and accent colors as well)
    • additional details may be necessary for your project
