We are a family friendly community located off Woods Chapel Road and 291 Highway in Lee’s Summit, MO. Lake Ridge Meadows (LRM) is a quiet and safe neighborhood comprised of 290 single-family homes and was incorporated on December 7, 1992. We are part of the Blue Springs School District and are conveniently located within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, banks, Independence Center, Summit Woods and Summit Fair Shopping Centers, and much more!

New Architectural Request Site

The ARB Request Form link will now forward you to our new CAMKC HOA Portal. You will need to register to gain access.

Once you are registered and signed in, you will need to select 'My Architectural Requests' under the 'My Reservations & Requests tab' on the left-hand side. There will be a green box in the top right corner that says '+ New Architectural Request' that you will select to enter your information.
