We hope you will enjoy living in our community as much as we do. In the documents below, you will find information about our neighborhood we thought would be beneficial to you.
- Contact Form – Ensure Community Association Management, Lake Ridge Meadows’ Management Company has your up to date contact info.
- Association Guidelines – Governing documents including Bylaws, DCCRs, Architectural Guidelines (paint colors, etc.), and Architectural Review Committee Approval Request Form.
- Trash Service
- LRM Trash Service is arranged via the HOA and provided by Constable Sanitation. Service includes weekly waste, recycling, yard waste, and scheduled once a month large item pickup.
- Lake Ridge Meadows scheduled pick up day is Wednesday, except for Constable’s observed Holiday Weeks.
- Lake Ridge Meadows Large Item pick up is on the 2nd pick up date of the month. You should call Constable in advance if you are unsure if an item would qualify.
