ASSOCIATION GUIDELINES

BY-LAWS

The By-Laws state how the non-profit association should be run. It defines the duties of the Board of Directors, required meetings, members’ voting rights and other items that are necessary to operate the association.

DCCRs / ARC

The Declarations, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (DCCRs) and Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines are in place to protect the individual rights of the homeowner, ensure a homeowner’s property values are not adversely affected by others and regulate external design with the purpose of keeping home values up.

The Architectural Review Committee works with homeowners to ensure that the homeowners’ projects are compliant with the DCCRs as well as all laws and codes. An ARC Application must be completed for projects including but not limited to:

  • Exterior Painting
  • Siding
  • Fencing
  • Roofing
  • Landscaping
  • Decks
  • Window Replacement (exact replacements do not require an ARB Approval)
  • In-Ground Pools (above ground pools are not allowed and are a violation of the DCCRs)

The homeowners of LRM are great neighbors who make our community enjoyable to live in. However, should you find the occasional need to bring up a violation to the management company or wish to ask a question about the DCCRs or ARC Guidelines, please contact Community Association Management.
